Registered bed nights increased 163 percent (May)

In May 2021, 430 registered bed nights were recorded in Munkfors (+163.2 %), of which 230 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 200 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 50 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 1,900 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 163 percent from last year's May.

91 rooms (+114.3 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 64 rooms (+854.0 %) by business visitors.

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 63 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 84.4 percent were domestic, and 15.6 percent were from foreign countries.

During May, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Munkfors on average 1.8 nights (+0.05) and foreigners 8.7 nights (+6.7).
