Paid bed nights
Registered bed nights increased eight percent
In October 2019, 33,100 registered bed nights were recorded in Nacka (+7.9 %), of which 28,000 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 5,200 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 11 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased six percent. In total, registered bed nights increased eight percent from last year's October.
Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from United States (960 nights).
10,300 rooms (+11.1 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 12,600 rooms (+4.0 %) by business visitors.
Between January and October, 241,000 registered bed nights (+5.5 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 75,700 (-1.2 %) for foreigners in Nacka, in total 316,000 (+3.8 %) registered nights.
Registered bed nights statistics include stats for registered accommodations: hotels, holiday villages, youth hostels and campsites. Establishments with fewer than 9 beds or 5 rooms are excluded.

Length of stay in registered accommodation increased 12 percent compared to earlier year. In Nacka, length of stay in October was on average 1.6 nights and in Sweden 1.8 nights (-0.5 %).
During October, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Nacka on average 1.5 nights (+0.0 %) and foreigners 2.1 nights (+6.3 %).
