Paid bed nights

Registered bed nights increased 169 percent

In April 2021, 5,300 registered bed nights were recorded in Namdalen (+169.0 %), of which 5,100 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 210 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 172 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 106 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 169 percent from last year's April.

770 nights (+159.9 %) were spend by leisure visitors and 2,200 nights (+160.4 %) by business visitors.

Between January and April, 21,800 registered bed nights (+27.2 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 700 (-24.9 %) for foreigners in Namdalen, in total 22,400 (+24.5 %) registered nights.

Length of stay in registered accommodation decreased 10 percent compared to earlier year. In Namdalen, length of stay in April was on average 2.3 nights and in Norway 2.8 nights (-3.0 %).
