Paid bed nights

4,900 registered bed nights

In July 2020, 4,900 registered bed nights were recorded in Nässjö (-36.4 %), of which 4,700 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 191 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased five percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 93 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 36 percent from last year's July.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Poland (97 nights).

1,200 rooms (-45.7 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 149 rooms (-2.5 %) by business visitors.

Between January and July, 16,800 registered bed nights (-23.1 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 1,400 (-78.7 %) for foreigners in Nässjö, in total 18,200 (-35.8 %) registered nights.

Length of stay increased six percent in registered accommodation

Length of stay in registered accommodation increased six percent compared to earlier year. In Nässjö, length of stay in July was on average 2.1 nights and in Sweden 2.4 nights (-0.2 %).

During July, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Nässjö on average 2.0 nights (+1.7 %) and foreigners 6.2 nights (+52.7 %).

2,400 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation decreased 40 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 98.7 percent were domestic, and 1.3 percent were from foreign countries.
