3,900 registered bed nights

In May 2022, 3,900 registered bed nights were recorded in Nora (-1.0 %), of which 3,400 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 440 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased 11 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 610 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased one percent from last year's May.

790 rooms (+82.9 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 540 rooms (+207.3 %) by business visitors.

Total of 5.4 million registered bed nights (+64.2 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 4.4 million nights (+46.9 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 993,000 nights (+241.6 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Nora out of total registered bed nights was 0.1 % (-0.0 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.1 % and foreign bed nights 0.0 %.

2,100 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 18 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 86.8 percent were domestic, and 13.2 percent were from foreign countries.

During May, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Nora on average 1.9 nights (-0.31) and foreigners 1.6 nights (-0.61).
