Norberg: Tourism in a nutshell

Registered bed nights increased nine percent
In May 2022, 2,700 registered bed nights were recorded in Norberg (+8.8 %), of which 2,700 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 24 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased eight percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 100 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased nine percent from last year's May.
183 rooms (+94.7 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 410 rooms (+110.2 %) by business visitors.
Registered bed nights statistics include stats for registered accommodations: hotels, holiday villages, youth hostels and campsites. Establishments with fewer than 9 beds or 5 rooms are excluded.

1,200 tourists arrived to registered accommodation
Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 29 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 98.7 percent were domestic, and 1.3 percent were from foreign countries.
During May, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Norberg on average 2.2 nights (-0.41) and foreigners 1.5 nights (-0.5).
