Registered bed nights increased 46 percent
In December 2021, 20,200 registered bed nights were recorded in Nordmøre And Romsdal (+45.6 %), of which 18,600 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 1,600 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 44 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 64 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 46 percent from last year's December.
6,900 nights (+48.0 %) were spend by leisure visitors and 7,600 nights (+38.1 %) by business visitors.
Between January and December, 578,000 registered bed nights (+16.4 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 92,300 (+58.6 %) for foreigners in Nordmøre And Romsdal, in total 670,000 (+20.8 %) registered nights.

Length of stay in registered accommodation decreased two percent compared to earlier year. In Nordmøre And Romsdal, length of stay in December was on average 1.9 nights and in Norway 2.2 nights (-10.3 %).
During December, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Nordmøre And Romsdal on average 1.9 nights (+9.7 %) and foreigners 2.5 nights (+11.3 %).
