Paid bed nights

55,800 registered bed nights

In August 2019, 55,800 registered bed nights were recorded in Norrtälje (-4.5 %), of which 49,700 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 6,200 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased two percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 21 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased four percent from last year's August.

7,800 rooms (+47.1 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 4,400 rooms (+1.5 %) by business visitors.

Between January and August, 250,000 registered bed nights (+9.6 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 20,900 (-22.7 %) for foreigners in Norrtälje, in total 271,000 (+6.2 %) registered nights.
