Registered bed nights increased 91 percent

In September 2021, 2,200 registered bed nights were recorded in Nybro (+91.5 %), of which 1,400 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 860 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 27 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 900 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 91 percent from last year's September.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Romania (490 nights).

280 rooms (+40.8 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 1,100 rooms (+700.0 %) by business visitors.

Between January and September, 16,700 registered bed nights (+28.1 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 7,600 (+1,599.6 %) for foreigners in Nybro, in total 24,200 (+80.0 %) registered nights.

Total of 4.1 million registered bed nights (+30.6 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 3.4 million nights (+24.9 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 723,000 nights (+65.9 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Nybro out of total registered bed nights was 0.1 % (0.0 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.0 % and foreign bed nights 0.1 %.

750 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 20 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 88.1 percent were domestic, and 11.9 percent were from foreign countries.

During September, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Nybro on average 2.1 nights (+0.2) and foreigners 9.7 nights (+7.9).
