7,200 registered bed nights

In April 2020, 7,200 registered bed nights were recorded in Nyköping (-67.9 %), of which 6,100 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 1,100 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased 67 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 72 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 68 percent from last year's April.

1,100 rooms (-79.6 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 2,400 rooms (-59.9 %) by business visitors.

Between January and April, 42,300 registered bed nights (-33.9 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 7,500 (-43.8 %) for foreigners in Nyköping, in total 49,800 (-35.6 %) registered nights.

Length of stay increased 85 percent in registered accommodation

Length of stay in registered accommodation increased 85 percent compared to earlier year. In Nyköping, length of stay in April was on average 2.8 nights and in Sweden 2.5 nights (+16.7 %).

During April, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Nyköping on average 3.1 nights (+4.2 %) and foreigners 1.9 nights (+12.9 %).
