2,100 registered bed nights

In September 2021, 2,100 registered bed nights were recorded in Ockelbo (-24.2 %), of which 1,900 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 116 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased 27 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 76 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 24 percent from last year's September.

108 rooms (+163.4 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 123 rooms (+68.5 %) by business visitors.

Between January and September, 20,000 registered bed nights (-43.0 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 650 (+17.0 %) for foreigners in Ockelbo, in total 20,600 (-42.1 %) registered nights.

Total of 4.1 million registered bed nights (+30.6 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 3.4 million nights (+24.9 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 723,000 nights (+65.9 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Ockelbo out of total registered bed nights was 0.1 % (-0.0 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.1 % and foreign bed nights 0.0 %.

1,100 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation decreased 21 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 95.1 percent were domestic, and 4.9 percent were from foreign countries.

During September, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Ockelbo on average 1.9 nights (-0.08) and foreigners 2.2 nights (+0.25).
