Registered bed nights increased 12 percent

In December 2021, 1,100 registered bed nights were recorded in Ockelbo (+12.0 %), of which 1,100 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 16 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 11 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 300 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 12 percent from last year's December.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Germany (6.0 nights).

67 rooms (+110.0 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 6.8 rooms by business visitors.

Between January and December, 23,600 registered bed nights (-39.2 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 740 (+26.5 %) for foreigners in Ockelbo, in total 24,300 (-38.2 %) registered nights.

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 32 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 98.3 percent were domestic, and 1.7 percent were from foreign countries.
