Registered bed nights increased six percent
In February 2020, 64,300 bed nights were recorded in Örebro County (+6.0 %), of which 58,000 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 6,300 nights by foreigners. Domestic bed nights increased eight percent and foreign bed nights decreased nine percent. In total, bed nights increased six percent from last year's February.
Between January and February, 110,000 bed nights (+5.8 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 10,300 (-18.1 %) for foreigners in Örebro County, in total 120,000 (+3.2 %) nights.
Registered bed nights statistics include stats for registered accommodations: hotels, holiday villages, youth hostels, campsites, and commercially arranged rentals in private cottages and apartments. Establishments with fewer than 9 beds or 5 rooms are excluded.
