Registered bed nights increased 15 percent

In October 2021, 81,000 registered bed nights were recorded in Örebro County (+14.7 %), of which 76,000 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 5,000 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 14 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 26 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 15 percent from last year's October.

Between January and October, 822,000 registered bed nights (+3.1 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 88,400 (+77.7 %) for foreigners in Örebro County, in total 910,000 (+7.5 %) registered nights.

Total of 3.9 million registered bed nights (+25.2 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 3.2 million nights (+19.8 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 708,000 nights (+57.4 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Örebro County out of total registered bed nights was 2.1 % (-0.2 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 2.4 % and foreign bed nights 0.7 %.
