6,200 registered bed nights
In May 2022, 6,200 registered bed nights were recorded in Orsa (-1.6 %), of which 4,900 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 1,300 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased 21 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 1,200 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased two percent from last year's May.
510 rooms (+9.3 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 410 rooms (+1.4 %) by business visitors.
Between January and May, 41,700 registered bed nights (+20.5 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 6,000 (+910.1 %) for foreigners in Orsa, in total 47,600 (+35.5 %) registered nights.
Registered bed nights statistics include stats for registered accommodations: hotels, holiday villages, youth hostels and campsites. Establishments with fewer than 9 beds or 5 rooms are excluded.

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 15 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 73.7 percent were domestic, and 26.3 percent were from foreign countries.
During May, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Orsa on average 2.3 nights (-0.21) and foreigners 1.7 nights (-0.22).
