Paid bed nights

Registered bed nights increased 61 percent

In May 2021, 15,500 registered bed nights were recorded in Oskarshamn (+61.4 %), of which 15,100 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 440 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 66 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 15 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 61 percent from last year's May.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Germany (176 nights).

1,600 rooms (+174.4 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 4,600 rooms (+150.1 %) by business visitors.

Between January and May, 40,200 registered bed nights (+24.9 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 1,600 (-54.3 %) for foreigners in Oskarshamn, in total 41,800 (+17.3 %) registered nights.
