10,200 registered bed nights

In November 2021, 10,200 registered bed nights were recorded in Østerdalen, of which 10,000 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 210 nights by foreigners.

6,800 nights were spend by leisure visitors and 470 nights by business visitors.

Between January and November, 204,000 registered bed nights were recorded for domestic visitors and 15,400 for foreigners in Østerdalen, in total 220,000 registered nights.

Total of 2.0 million registered bed nights (+132.5 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 1.8 million nights (+133.8 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 247,000 nights (+123.6 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Østerdalen out of total registered bed nights was 0.5 % (+0.2 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.6 % and foreign bed nights 0.1 %.

4,700 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Of all registered arrivals, 98.4 percent were domestic, and 1.6 percent were from foreign countries.

During November, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Østerdalen on average 2.1 nights and foreigners 2.7 nights.
