27,900 registered bed nights

In November 2018, 27,900 registered bed nights were recorded in Östersund (-13.3 %), of which 22,200 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 5,700 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased seven percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 32 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 13 percent from last year's November.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Norway (4,000 nights).

6,200 rooms (+15.7 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 11,200 rooms (-19.0 %) by business visitors.

Between January and November, 284,000 registered bed nights (-2.2 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 152,000 (+12.3 %) for foreigners in Östersund, in total 436,000 (+2.4 %) registered nights.
