Registered bed nights increased two percent
In May 2020, 16,500 registered bed nights were recorded in Östhammar (+1.8 %), of which 16,500 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 7.0 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased seven percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 99 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased two percent from last year's May.
670 rooms (-50.9 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 320 rooms (-71.1 %) by business visitors.
Between January and May, 22,600 registered bed nights (-14.7 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 220 (-85.3 %) for foreigners in Östhammar, in total 22,900 (-18.5 %) registered nights.
