In January 2021, 1,700 registered bed nights were recorded in Other Pirkanmaa (-80.4 %), of which 1,600 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 86 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased 78 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 93 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 80 percent from last year's January.
1,100 nights (-79.7 %) were spend by leisure visitors and 580 nights (-81.4 %) by business visitors.

Length of stay increased 30 percent in registered accommodation
Length of stay in registered accommodation increased 30 percent compared to earlier year. In Other Pirkanmaa, length of stay in January was on average 2.2 nights and in Finland 2.2 nights (+12.1 %).
During January, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Other Pirkanmaa on average 2.2 nights and foreigners 3.9 nights .
