Registered bed nights increased 20 percent

In January 2023, 3,300 registered bed nights were recorded in Nässjö (+19.8 %), of which 3,100 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 270 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 20 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 15 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 20 percent from last year's January.

540 rooms (+9.8 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 1,500 rooms (+69.3 %) by business visitors.

Total of 3.2 million registered bed nights (+36.1 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 2.5 million nights (+31.1 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 640,000 nights (+60.4 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Nässjö out of total registered bed nights was 0.1 % (-0.0 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.1 % and foreign bed nights 0.0 %.

1,500 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 44 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 97.5 percent were domestic, and 2.5 percent were from foreign countries.
