Paid bed nights

Registered bed nights increased seven percent

In March 2023, 6,900 registered bed nights were recorded in Randers (+7.1 %), of which 6,000 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 870 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased nine percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased two percent. In total, registered bed nights increased seven percent from last year's March.

1,500 nights (-6.0 %) were spend by leisure visitors and 3,700 nights (+21.1 %) by business visitors.

Between January and March, 15,400 registered bed nights (+16.3 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 2,200 (+7.8 %) for foreigners in Randers, in total 17,600 (+15.2 %) registered nights.

Total of 1.9 million registered bed nights (+7.0 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 1.3 million nights (+0.2 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 595,000 nights (+26.2 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Randers out of total registered bed nights was 0.4 % (0.0 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.5 % and foreign bed nights 0.1 %.
