In July 2024, 11,400 bed nights were registered in Salla (-18.0 %), of which 10,700 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 690 nights by foreigners. Domestic bed nights decreased 17 percent and foreign bed nights decreased 36 percent. In total, bed nights in registered accommodation decreased 18 percent from last year's July.

Most foreign bed nights were recorded for travelers from Netherlands (410 nights).
