Registered bed nights increased 92 percent
In November 2021, 3,600 registered bed nights were recorded in Raahe Region (+92.1 %), of which 3,100 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 470 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 129 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased eight percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 92 percent from last year's November.
470 nights (+58.4 %) were spend by leisure visitors and 3,100 nights (+98.5 %) by business visitors.
Between January and November, 22,900 registered bed nights (+28.7 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 4,900 (+3.1 %) for foreigners in Raahe Region, in total 27,800 (+23.3 %) registered nights.
Registered bed nights statistics include stats for registered accommodations: hotels, motels, guest houses, hostels, holiday villages and campsites. Establishments with fewer than 20 beds or caravan lots with an electrical connection point are excluded.

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 37 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 90.0 percent were domestic, and 10.0 percent were from foreign countries.
During November, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Raahe Region on average 3.6 nights (+1.5) and foreigners 4.9 nights (-7.2).
