In March 2018, 4,400 registered bed nights were recorded in Raasepori Region (-4.2 %), of which 4,000 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 420 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased five percent and registered foreign bed nights increased three percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased four percent from last year's March.
1,700 nights (+22.5 %) were spend by leisure visitors and 2,700 nights (-16.1 %) by business visitors.
Between January and March, 10,500 registered bed nights (+0.6 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 800 (-47.2 %) for foreigners in Raasepori Region, in total 11,300 (-5.5 %) registered nights.
Registered bed nights statistics include stats for registered accommodations: hotels, motels, guest houses, hostels, holiday villages and campsites. Establishments with fewer than 20 beds or caravan lots with an electrical connection point are excluded.

Length of stay in registered accommodation decreased four percent compared to earlier year. In Raasepori Region, length of stay in March was on average 1.9 nights and in Finland 2.0 nights (-0.6 %).
During March, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Raasepori Region on average 1.9 nights (-12.2 %) and foreigners 2.4 nights (-17.2 %).

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased less than one percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 92.3 percent were domestic, and 7.7 percent were from foreign countries.
