Registered bed nights increased 520 percent

In April 2021, 1,800 registered bed nights were recorded in Ragunda (+520.3 %), of which 1,800 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 52 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 610 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 18 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 520 percent from last year's April.

860 rooms (+1,208.3 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 340 rooms (+328.6 %) by business visitors.

Between January and April, 8,200 registered bed nights (+102.4 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 190 (-62.4 %) for foreigners in Ragunda, in total 8,400 (+84.1 %) registered nights.

Total of 2.6 million registered bed nights (+102.2 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 2.3 million nights (+103.3 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 218,000 nights (+90.8 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Ragunda out of total registered bed nights was 0.1 % (0.0 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.1 % and foreign bed nights 0.0 %.

480 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 600 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 93.1 percent were domestic, and 6.9 percent were from foreign countries.

During April, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Ragunda on average 4.0 nights (+0.2) and foreigners 1.6 nights (-20).
