Registered bed nights increased 73 percent
In August 2022, 28,200 registered bed nights were recorded in Ringsaker (+72.8 %), of which 24,800 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 3,400 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 60 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 300 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 73 percent from last year's August.
6,900 nights were spend by leisure visitors and 1,100 nights by business visitors.
Between January and August, 118,000 registered bed nights (+12.4 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 7,200 (+353.2 %) for foreigners in Ringsaker, in total 125,000 (+17.5 %) registered nights.

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 140 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 78.1 percent were domestic, and 21.9 percent were from foreign countries.
During August, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Ringsaker on average 3.1 nights (-1.2) and foreigners 1.5 nights (+0.26).
