2,300 registered bed nights

In September 2020, 2,300 registered bed nights were recorded in Säffle (-34.6 %), of which 2,000 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 290 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased 18 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 72 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 35 percent from last year's September.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Germany (153 nights).

500 rooms (-31.8 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 490 rooms (-43.4 %) by business visitors.

Between January and September, 29,200 registered bed nights (-11.0 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 3,600 (-86.4 %) for foreigners in Säffle, in total 32,700 (-44.6 %) registered nights.

Arrivals to registered accommodation decreased 36 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 86.4 percent were domestic, and 13.6 percent were from foreign countries.

During September, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Säffle on average 2.1 nights (+0.14) and foreigners 2.0 nights (-0.27).
