Registered bed nights increased 80 percent
In June 2022, 8,600 registered bed nights were recorded in Säffle (+80.0 %), of which 5,000 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 3,700 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 18 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 530 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 80 percent from last year's June.
Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Norway (1,800 nights).
1,100 rooms (+203.8 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 1,200 rooms (+163.0 %) by business visitors.
Between January and June, 17,600 registered bed nights (+42.7 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 8,700 (+699.2 %) for foreigners in Säffle, in total 26,300 (+95.9 %) registered nights.
