Registered bed nights increased 34 percent
In November 2020, 6,100 bed nights were recorded in Salla (+33.8 %), of which 6,000 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 46 nights by foreigners. Domestic bed nights increased 61 percent and foreign bed nights decreased 94 percent. In total, bed nights increased 34 percent from last year's November.
Most foreign bed nights were recorded for travelers from United States (14 nights).
5,700 nights (+42.9 %) were spend by leisure visitors and 340 nights (-35.4 %) by business visitors.
Between January and November, 96,400 bed nights (+9.6 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 21,100 (-32.8 %) for foreigners in Salla, in total 117,000 (-1.5 %) nights.
