Registered bed nights increased 127 percent

In March 2022, 10,200 registered bed nights were recorded in Sarpsborg (+126.5 %), of which 8,400 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 1,800 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 220 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased two percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 127 percent from last year's March.

2,700 nights (+120.3 %) were spend by leisure visitors and 7,400 nights (+127.1 %) by business visitors.

Between January and March, 11,400 registered bed nights (+70.6 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 2,600 (-48.1 %) for foreigners in Sarpsborg, in total 13,900 (+20.1 %) registered nights.
