Registered bed nights increased 17 percent

In August 2020, 3,800 registered bed nights were recorded in Säter (+16.6 %), of which 3,700 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 143 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 30 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 69 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 17 percent from last year's August.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Germany (45 nights).

600 rooms (+7.7 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 22 rooms (-63.8 %) by business visitors.

Length of stay increased 28 percent in registered accommodation

Length of stay in registered accommodation increased 28 percent compared to earlier year. In Säter, length of stay in August was on average 2.9 nights and in Sweden 2.3 nights (+6.0 %).
