Paid bed nights

Registered bed nights increased one percent

In August 2020, 53,200 registered bed nights were recorded in Simrishamn (+1.0 %), of which 50,800 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 2,400 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 19 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 76 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased one percent from last year's August.

11,400 rooms (+11.0 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 710 rooms (-36.4 %) by business visitors.

Between January and August, 196,000 registered bed nights (-3.9 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 6,900 (-79.7 %) for foreigners in Simrishamn, in total 202,000 (-14.8 %) registered nights.
