Registered bed nights increased 56 percent
In September 2021, 11,000 registered bed nights were recorded in Söderhamn (+56.0 %), of which 9,600 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 1,400 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 44 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 260 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 56 percent from last year's September.
Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Germany (740 nights).
1,300 rooms (+9.7 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 2,400 rooms (+95.8 %) by business visitors.
Between January and September, 109,000 registered bed nights (+18.8 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 7,500 (+98.8 %) for foreigners in Söderhamn, in total 117,000 (+22.0 %) registered nights.
