Paid bed nights

Registered bed nights increased 127 percent

In November 2021, 8,400 registered bed nights were recorded in Sunne (+126.6 %), of which 7,800 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 580 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 113 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 1,800 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 127 percent from last year's November.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Norway (370 nights).

3,100 rooms (+156.8 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 2,500 rooms (+281.6 %) by business visitors.

Between January and November, 123,000 registered bed nights (+37.2 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 19,700 (+98.1 %) for foreigners in Sunne, in total 143,000 (+43.3 %) registered nights.

Total of 3.7 million registered bed nights (+134.9 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 3.1 million nights (+133.0 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 575,000 nights (+145.8 %) by foreigners.

Length of stay in registered accommodation decreased 28 percent compared to earlier year. In Sunne, length of stay in November was on average 1.3 nights and in Sweden 1.8 nights (-21.7 %).

During November, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Sunne on average 1.2 nights (-8.8 %) and foreigners 4.2 nights (-2.2 %).
