Paid bed nights

6,300 registered bed nights

In June 2019, 6,300 registered bed nights were recorded in Tidaholm (-25.9 %), of which 5,600 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 650 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased 20 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 54 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 26 percent from last year's June.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Germany (179 nights).

390 rooms (+137.0 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 770 rooms (-10.6 %) by business visitors.

Between January and June, 18,200 registered bed nights (-25.0 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 1,700 (-63.0 %) for foreigners in Tidaholm, in total 19,900 (-31.0 %) registered nights.

Length of stay increased 17 percent in registered accommodation

Length of stay in registered accommodation increased 17 percent compared to earlier year. In Tidaholm, length of stay in June was on average 2.8 nights and in Sweden 2.1 nights (+4.2 %).

During June, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Tidaholm on average 2.8 nights (-10.4 %) and foreigners 2.8 nights (-5.2 %).

Arrivals to registered accommodation decreased 36 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 89.6 percent were domestic, and 10.4 percent were from foreign countries.
