Registered bed nights increased 31 percent (September)

In September 2019, 2,100 registered bed nights were recorded in Timrå (+31.2 %), of which 1,700 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 440 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 17 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 154 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 31 percent from last year's September.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Germany (75 nights).

124 rooms (-16.8 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 840 rooms (+49.5 %) by business visitors.

Length of stay in registered accommodation increased 33 percent compared to earlier year. In Timrå, length of stay in September was on average 2.3 nights and in Sweden 1.9 nights (-1.3 %).
