Paid bed nights

Registered bed nights increased five percent

In June 2020, 4,800 registered bed nights were recorded in Timrå (+4.5 %), of which 4,600 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 142 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 31 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 86 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased five percent from last year's June.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Germany (83 nights).

87 rooms (-53.0 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 189 rooms (-72.0 %) by business visitors.

The market share of Timrå out of total registered bed nights was 0.1 % (+0.1 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.1 % and foreign bed nights 0.1 %.

Length of stay increased nine percent in registered accommodation

Length of stay in registered accommodation increased nine percent compared to earlier year. In Timrå, length of stay in June was on average 2.4 nights and in Sweden 2.4 nights (+13.0 %).
