Registered bed nights increased 45 percent
In September 2021, 11,700 registered bed nights were recorded in Tingsryd (+44.9 %), of which 5,600 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 6,000 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 46 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 44 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 45 percent from last year's September.
610 rooms (+49.7 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 680 rooms (+19.7 %) by business visitors.
Between January and September, 75,300 registered bed nights (+20.0 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 83,200 (+190.7 %) for foreigners in Tingsryd, in total 158,000 (+73.5 %) registered nights.
Registered bed nights statistics include stats for registered accommodations: hotels, holiday villages, youth hostels, campsites, and commercially arranged rentals in private cottages and apartments. Establishments with fewer than 9 beds or 5 rooms are excluded.
