Registered bed nights increased three percent

In October 2021, 5,400 registered bed nights were recorded in Tranås (+2.8 %), of which 4,700 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 670 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased one percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 20 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased three percent from last year's October.

1,400 rooms (+1.3 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 1,900 rooms (+76.5 %) by business visitors.

Between January and October, 64,200 registered bed nights (+13.3 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 9,900 (+171.2 %) for foreigners in Tranås, in total 74,100 (+22.8 %) registered nights.

Total of 3.9 million registered bed nights (+25.2 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 3.2 million nights (+19.8 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 708,000 nights (+57.4 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Tranås out of total registered bed nights was 0.1 % (-0.0 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.1 % and foreign bed nights 0.1 %.
