3,900 registered bed nights

In March 2021, 3,900 registered bed nights were recorded in Trollhättan (-40.2 %), of which 3,700 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 142 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased 39 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 63 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 40 percent from last year's March.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from United States (59 nights).

850 rooms (+15.0 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 2,000 rooms (-54.7 %) by business visitors.

Between January and March, 9,900 registered bed nights (-50.7 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 620 (-77.9 %) for foreigners in Trollhättan, in total 10,500 (-54.0 %) registered nights.

Length of stay in registered accommodation decreased 20 percent compared to earlier year. In Trollhättan, length of stay in March was on average 1.7 nights and in Sweden 3.2 nights (+21.8 %).

During March, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Trollhättan on average 1.7 nights (-2.7 %) and foreigners 2.2 nights (+33.6 %).

Arrivals to registered accommodation decreased 26 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 97.1 percent were domestic, and 2.9 percent were from foreign countries.
