117,000 registered bed nights

In November 2021, 117,000 registered bed nights were recorded in Trondheim, of which 109,000 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 8,600 nights by foreigners.

47,200 nights were spend by leisure visitors and 49,800 nights by business visitors.

Between January and November, 977,000 registered bed nights were recorded for domestic visitors and 104,000 for foreigners in Trondheim, in total 1.1 million registered nights.

Market share 5.9 percent

Total of 2.0 million registered bed nights (+132.5 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 1.8 million nights (+133.8 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 247,000 nights (+123.6 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Trondheim out of total registered bed nights was 5.9 % (+0.9 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 6.2 % and foreign bed nights 3.5 %.

71,600 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Of all registered arrivals, 94.5 percent were domestic, and 5.5 percent were from foreign countries.

During November, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Trondheim on average 1.6 nights and foreigners 2.2 nights.
