Registered bed nights increased 112 percent

In April 2021, 3,600 registered bed nights were recorded in Trosa (+111.8 %), of which 3,300 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 220 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 105 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 360 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 112 percent from last year's April.

1,600 rooms (+165.6 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 95 rooms (+90.3 %) by business visitors.

Between January and April, 8,700 registered bed nights (+31.8 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 800 (+70.1 %) for foreigners in Trosa, in total 9,500 (+34.3 %) registered nights.

Total of 2.6 million registered bed nights (+102.2 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 2.3 million nights (+103.3 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 218,000 nights (+90.8 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Trosa out of total registered bed nights was 0.1 % (0.0 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.1 % and foreign bed nights 0.1 %.

2,800 tourists arrived to registered accommodation

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased 210 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 94.0 percent were domestic, and 6.0 percent were from foreign countries.

During April, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Trosa on average 1.3 nights (-0.62) and foreigners 1.3 nights (+0.01).
