2,300 registered bed nights (January)
In January 2021, 2,300 bed nights were recorded in Turku Archipelago (-17.8 %), of which 2,300 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 39 nights by foreigners. Domestic bed nights increased 23 percent and foreign bed nights decreased 96 percent. In total, bed nights decreased 18 percent from last year's January.
Most foreign bed nights were recorded for travelers from Estonia (24 nights).
2,100 nights (+21.7 %) were spend by leisure visitors and 250 nights (-78.0 %) by business visitors.
Registered bed nights statistics include stats for registered accommodations: hotels, motels, guest houses, hostels, holiday villages and campsites. Establishments with fewer than 20 beds or caravan lots with an electrical connection point are excluded.

Arrivals to registered accommodation increased four percent compared to earlier year. Of all arrivals, 96.6 percent were domestic, and 3.4 percent were from foreign countries.
During January, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Turku Archipelago on average 2.2 nights (+0.16) and foreigners 1.1 nights (-7.0).
