6,000 registered bed nights

In February 2023, 6,000 registered bed nights were recorded in Ulricehamn (-8.9 %), of which 5,100 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 930 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased four percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 27 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased nine percent from last year's February.

1,200 rooms (-2.1 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 950 rooms (+9.2 %) by business visitors.

Between January and February, 8,900 registered bed nights (+9.1 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 1,700 (+12.1 %) for foreigners in Ulricehamn, in total 10,600 (+9.6 %) registered nights.

Total of 3.5 million registered bed nights (+20.1 %) were recorded in the whole country, of which 2.8 million nights (+17.1 %) were spent by domestic visitors and 756,000 nights (+32.3 %) by foreigners.

The market share of Ulricehamn out of total registered bed nights was 0.2 % (-0.1 percentage points), out of domestic bed nights 0.2 % and foreign bed nights 0.1 %.

Length of stay was 2.5 nights in registered accommodation

Length of stay in registered accommodation decreased six percent compared to earlier year. In Ulricehamn, length of stay in February was on average 2.5 nights and in Sweden 1.9 nights (-5.0 %).

During February, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Ulricehamn on average 2.6 nights (-3.2 %) and foreigners 2.2 nights (-18.4 %).

Arrivals to registered accommodation decreased three percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 82.2 percent were domestic, and 17.8 percent were from foreign countries.
