67,600 registered bed nights

In July 2020, 67,600 registered bed nights were recorded in Umeå (-33.2 %), of which 64,900 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 2,700 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased less than one percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 92 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 33 percent from last year's July.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from United States (1,000 nights).

17,300 rooms (-34.7 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 9,400 rooms (-18.9 %) by business visitors.

Between January and July, 255,000 registered bed nights (-25.5 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 20,600 (-76.9 %) for foreigners in Umeå, in total 276,000 (-36.1 %) registered nights.
