In May 2021, 6,000 registered bed nights were recorded in Valdemarsvik (+50.0 %), of which 5,700 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 290 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased 46 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 210 percent. In total, registered bed nights increased 50 percent from last year's May.
300 rooms (+75.2 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 109 rooms (+360.7 %) by business visitors.
Between January and May, 10,800 registered bed nights were recorded for domestic visitors and 400 for foreigners in Valdemarsvik, in total 11,100 registered nights.
