Paid bed nights

2,300 registered bed nights

In June 2019, 2,300 registered bed nights were recorded in Vara (-10.1 %), of which 2,000 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 290 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased 15 percent and registered foreign bed nights increased 40 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 10 percent from last year's June.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Norway (162 nights).

970 rooms (-12.1 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 450 rooms (-22.5 %) by business visitors.

Between January and June, 10,900 registered bed nights (-10.2 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 790 (-32.9 %) for foreigners in Vara, in total 11,700 (-12.2 %) registered nights.
