In January 2018, 203,000 bed nights were recorded in Värmland County (+42.2 %), of which 174,000 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 28,900 nights by foreigners. Domestic bed nights increased 45 percent and foreign bed nights increased 30 percent. In total, bed nights increased 42 percent from last year's January.
Most foreign bed nights were recorded for travelers from Norway (12,700 nights).
