2,100 registered bed nights

In May 2020, 2,100 registered bed nights were recorded in Värnamo (-72.8 %), of which 2,000 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 140 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights decreased 69 percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 89 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased 73 percent from last year's May.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Denmark (35 nights).

350 rooms (-80.4 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 1,300 rooms (-62.1 %) by business visitors.

Between January and May, 12,500 registered bed nights (-44.7 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 1,600 (-62.4 %) for foreigners in Värnamo, in total 14,100 (-47.5 %) registered nights.

During May, domestic visitors stayed in registered accommodation in Värnamo on average 1.9 nights (-1.2 %) and foreigners 2.1 nights (-32.3 %).

Arrivals to registered accommodation decreased 76 percent compared to earlier year. Of all registered arrivals, 93.8 percent were domestic, and 6.2 percent were from foreign countries.
