Paid bed nights

5,300 registered bed nights

In September 2018, 5,300 registered bed nights were recorded in Vaxholm (-2.0 %), of which 4,600 nights were spent by domestic visitors and 730 nights by foreigners. Registered domestic bed nights increased three percent and registered foreign bed nights decreased 24 percent. In total, registered bed nights decreased two percent from last year's September.

Most foreign registered bed nights were recorded for travelers from Germany (320 nights).

840 rooms (+84.0 %) were booked by leisure visitors and 300 rooms (-51.1 %) by business visitors.

Between January and September, 54,300 registered bed nights (+1.6 %) were recorded for domestic visitors and 15,000 (+100.7 %) for foreigners in Vaxholm, in total 69,300 (+13.8 %) registered nights.
